ZDDC 35a1547d33 feat(browse): drop New folder/file toolbar buttons, lift Sort/Hidden above filter ... The create actions duplicate the right-click context menu, so remove them from the tree-pane toolbar. Reorder the toolbar so the Sort + Hidden view controls sit ABOVE the autofilter box. Drops the now-dead toolbar New-button click handlers and their create-gate enable/disable logic (canCreateHere still gates the context-menu create items).
