Browse source 
Bake into the dev binary:
  - ETag + max-age=0 on embedded HTML (304s on repeat loads)
  - gzip compression middleware (~75% wire-size reduction)
  - vendored jszip + docx-preview in archive/transmittal/classifier
  - tee'd file-based access log via --access-log
